Cancellations:
24 Hours in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations with in the 24 hours is
subject to a cancellation fee equal to the regular room rate plus tax.
Late Check Outs:
We have a $35.00 plus tax day stay fee for guests checking out after 11:00pm to 1:00pm.
Guests checking out after 1:00pm will be charged full regular rate plus tax .
Pet policy:
Dogs may only be placed in smoking rooms. For our non-smoking rooms are to be considered to be allergen free. Please let us know if you have a dog/s. Failure to do could result in additional cleaning fees up to $50.00, and or dogs and owner maybe asked to leave the property. At that time room charges will not be refunded.
There is a $10.00 pet fee, per pet, per day (Non-Refundable)
